Quindins Bánh flan dừa trứng: có thể thay bơ lạt bằng kem sữa (whipping cream), và đường giảm đi phân nửa nếu bạn không ăn được quá ngọt, bánh cũng mềm mại hơn.
Cho đường và 25g bơ vào máy xay sinh tố xay cho hỗn hợp đồng nhất. Thêm 6 lòng đỏ trứng, 300ml sữa tươi và 200g dừa vào xay nhuyễn.
5g bơ còn lại dùng để chống dính cho toàn bộ khuôn. Đổ hỗn hợp vừa xay xong vào khuôn. Chuẩn bị nồi hấp, xếp bánh vào nồi khi nước trong nồi bắt đầu bốc hơi. Nhớ đặt một miếng vải mỏng lên trên bề mặt để nước không nhỏ xuống mặt bánh.
Hấp khoảng 30 phút thì bánh chín, dùng tăm để kiểm tra nếu tăm khô tức bánh đã chín. Lấy bánh ra để nguội, rồi cho vào tủ lạnh làm mát.
Khi ăn dùng dao lách nhẹ xung quanh thành khuôn là có thể đổ bánh ra rồi. Ăn cùng với ít dừa nào sẽ béo thơm hơn đấy!
